NOTICE:
Equipment we recycle consists only of computer
HARDWARE. We do not
accept terminals, VCRs or Televisions.
GAO Systems formerly specialized in the used
market of AT&T,
NCR and IBM parts and complete systems, providing a
source for both the
service industry as well as individual users. We perform
computer Tune-ups and virus removal. We do not perform
on-site service however. We still carry a small
supply of various used computers, used
laptops, used printers, network cards and communications
equipment. We custom-build new systems to order,
including
network-ready
servers & workstations. We can usually provide
same-day shipment of
our
in-stock equipment if
ordered
prior to 2 P.M. CST. We
accept payment via "verified" PayPal ONLY. We can ship
by most
major
carriers (ie. UPS,
Fedex, USPS, common carrier, etc.). |
Shipment is usually made same day payment is
processed.

| Our standard warranty for used equipment is 30 days
(unless
otherwise
specified). Warranty consists of REPAIR or REPLACEMENT
at GAO Systems
discretion.Warranty requests must be made within the
warranty period.
Return
shipping charges are the responsibility of customer. |
Returns/exchanges must be pre-approved, with an RMA#
assigned. Any
returns without a VALID RMA# will be refused and
returned to the
customer. Items must be returned within 10 days of RMA
issue date.
All components, manuals, accessories must be returned
with product.
Product that is returned incomplete or damaged, or
if
factory-sealed components (ie. ink cartridges) have been
opened, may
result in a restocking fee.

Refunds must be pre-approved and carry a 20%
restocking
fee. Payment
of refund will be in appropriate form for original
purchase.
